Aerospace & eVTOL solutions
To meet special temperature resistance requirements, we have developed a series of new high-temperature-resistant specialty polymer materials with a temperature resistance range of 180°C to 500°C, including high-temperature resistant epoxy formulations, vinyl ester resins, silicon-containing arylacetylene resins, polytriazole resins, modified cyanate ester resins, polysulfone resins, etc. These materials are compatible with processes such as hand lay-up, pultrusion, filament winding, prepreg fabrication, compression molding and RTM. In addition, in response to varying composite material requirements for different components of low-altitude aircraft, we have successively developed a portfolio of products: high-toughness and high-temperature-resistant prepregs for civil aviation, liquid molding epoxy resins featuring low viscosity, long pot life and high toughness, medium-temperature curable high-toughness prepreg epoxy resins, HP-RTM process resins, and liquid molding resins for automated dry fiber placement. We provide systematic solutions to facilitate the high-quality development of the low-altitude economy.
