EPC Contract for Electrophoresis & Powder Coating Production Line, Minth Serbia
This project is a turnkey project providing pre-treatment lines and powder coating lines for Minth Auto Parts (primarily aluminum-based materials). It includes pre-tnt and electrophoresis, radiant drying ovens, powder spray booths, and powder curing ovens. This project uses aluminum substrates as the main workpieces, with a gantry crane and suspended stacking conveyor chain as the conveying method, a powder stacking and suspending chain line, and a furnace that uses flue gas radiation with no indoor hot air circulation.
VinFast Vietnam 70 JPH Complete Vehicle Project
This project is a turnkey project for VINFAST NEW PLANT, providing a 70 JPH complete vehicle painting line and bumper line for the VF3 and VF7 models. It includes body pre-treatment and electrophoresis processes, LASD automatic gluing, UBS, UBC and side skirts, paint boens, plastic parts painting ovens, etc.This project is designed to benchmark against internationallarge-scale automobile manufacturers. Pre-treatment and electrophoresis processes must be fully automated. LASD is automatically applied. The temperature and humidity in the paint shop are automatically regulated. The shop is designed with both automatic and manual stations. For the BIW (Body in White), a 4-wet-solid process is used: wet sealant/primer/basecoatclearcoat, with the color spray booth operating at 60% of its maximum capacity. For the BIW line: robots are used only for the exterior of the BIW and the robots can completely cover the exterior. The interior of the BIW is manually sprayed using electrostatic guns. For the plastic production line: robots need to cover the entire exterior quality.
VinFast Indonesia 40 JPH Complete Vehicle Project
This project is a new paint shop in Indonesia for VinFast, covering vehicle models VF3, VF5, VF6, VF7, Herio Green, Limo Green, Limo7 and VF9. It mainly consists of one body‑in‑white paint line and one plastic bumper line. It is a turn‑key project supplying a 40 JPH complete‑vehicle painting line and bumper line for the above‑mentioned models at VinFast’s new plant in Indonesia. The scope includes body‑in‑white pre‑treatment and electrocoating processes, automatic LASD sealing, UBS, UBC and rocker panel application, paint booths, ovens, as well as painting and baking ovens for plastic components.
Minth Thailand 60 JPH Automatic Automotive Bumper Coating Production Line
This project involves the establishment of a 60JPH plastic part coating workshop by MINTH in Thailand. The main equipment includes a robot system, a PCS system, a pre-treatment system, a flame treatment system, a spray booth system, an exhaust treatment system, a baking oven system, an air supply and exhaust system, and a steel platform for equipment installation.
FAW‑Volkswagen CC Black‑Roof Painting Line, Changchun
FAW‑Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd. will construct a new black‑roof painting line at its Changchun No.2 Plant. This newly‑built black‑roof painting line is intended for black‑roof coating of VW416 and other VW B‑segment models. For the design of conveying equipment, the maximum body weight of 700 kg shall be taken into consideration. For the design of all thermal process equipment, the maximum weight of 700 kg for steel‑based car bodies shall be adopted. Description of upstream processes: Car bodies prior to the black‑roof line are painted with the conventional solvent‑borne process complying with Volkswagen standards, with electrocoat, PVC underbody coating and topcoat applied on bodies. The car bodies enter the black‑roof line after passing through the touch‑up / spot repair line.
