Non-oil Creep Rubber Waterproofing Coating
Non-oil Creep Rubber Waterproofing Coating is a rubber-based waterproofing material. Styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), butyl rubber (IIR) and other specialty rubbers are first modified and pretreated, then compounded with DTI nanoparticles and grafted with high-viscosity macromolecular polymers to produce a paste-like flexible body that never exudes solvent oil. The DTI nanoparticles are controlled to a particle size below 50 nm. By leveraging the high specific surface area of nanomaterials, oil-based constituents are completely "locked in," thereby achieving total oil resistance and delivering environmental friendliness, waterproofing performance, and high adhesion. A proprietary oil-control technology ensures that the material remains completely oil-free (non-bleeding) at ambient temperatures up to 100°C, thereby realizing long-term non-curing, sustained tack, strong self-healing capability, instant adhesion upon contact, and resistance to peeling. The material conforms to T/CECS 534-2018 Technical Specification for Application of Non-oil Creep Rubber Waterproofing Coating.
