Pneumatic Conveying Platform
The pneumatic conveying platform is used to demonstrate the transportation state of solid materials (powder or granular materials) in a closed pneumatic conveying pipeline. The entire platform system includes a hopper, rotary valve, slide valve, adjustable Laval tube, conveying pipeline, and a supporting electronic control system. The system utilizes compressed air as the conveying medium, harnessing the kinetic energy of the airflow. By adjusting the air pressure and velocity, it enables solid materials to be transported in both dense and dilute phases within a sealed pipeline. This process is clearly demonstrated through the transparent glass pipeline on the platform.Up to now, Bloom Tech has undertaken the design and supply of complete pneumatic conveying systems for multiple polyolefin plants with a production capacity of 500,000 to 600,000 tons per year both domestically and internationally. The maximum single-line conveying capacity of these systems reaches 120 tons per hour, and the longest conveying distance is up to 680 meters.
Rotary valve
The rotary valve, also known as the rotary feeder, is the core air-locking and feeding equipment in the pneumatic conveying system. It is primarily used to isolate the pressure difference between the conveying system equipment and the pipeline, ensuring continuous and stable delivery of powdered and granular materials downstream. It is an essential component of positive/negative pressure and dilute/dense phase conveying systems.Core technologies: 1. Utilizing granular media with a particle size greater than 1mm and less than 5mm. 2. Maximum working pressure differential of 3.5bar. 3. High packing efficiency. 4. Low air leakage. 5. Special inlet design to prevent material blockage.
Diverter valve
The reversing valve, also known as the three-way valve, is primarily used for controlling the flow direction of solid materials (powder or granular) in enclosed dilute-phase or dense-phase pneumatic conveying systems. This series is commonly applied to material feeding at the top of silos. Core technology: 1. Single-channel plunger design. 2. It has good sealing performance, with a maximum working pressure up to 0.35MPag. 3. The angle of direction change is 90°. 4. The internal flow passage is smooth and unobstructed, with no pressure loss.
