ENDLESS is located in Dongfang Beauty Valley Industrial Park—the cosmetics capital of Shanghai. The facility spans 10,000 square meters and has obtained ISO9001 and GMPC quality management system certifications. It holds multiple patents and features intelligent production equipment and a pipeline-style manufacturing environment. Dailimei offers OEM processing, ODM product customization services, and OBM brand solutions. The company boasts a state-of-the-art 100-square-meter R&D center equipped with comprehensive facilities for developing hair care, skincare, children's products, and wax-based cosmetics. ENDLESS’s advanced production facilities are fully capable of manufacturing all types of cosmetics, supported by robust hardware and software systems. The emulsification equipment includes three sets of 100L, 300L, and 500L units, three 1000L units, two 2000L units, and a 100-nanometer emulsifier, enabling an annual output exceeding 600 tons. The plant operates eight cosmetic production lines (including one promotional line and two wax-based lines), as well as a sterile production line with an annual capacity of 20 million bottles. It can produce various packaging formats including glass bottles, plastic bottles, tubes, aluminum foil pouches, single-use sachets, and blister packs. Equipped with fully automatic eight-head mask filling machines, fully automatic tube filling and sealing machines (4,200 units per hour), custom-shaped pouch machines, single-use sachet machines, and blister machines, the facility supports flexible filling for different products and specifications. The company’s product range covers skincare (face masks, cleansers, toners, lotions, serums, creams, eye creams), hair care (shampoos, shower gels, conditioners, hair masks, hair oils), children’s care (bath and body products, creams, ointments), and makeup (lipsticks, lip glosses, mascara).
