Chemical process pump
Petrochemical process pumps are products of internationally advanced standards. The design complies with API 610 / ISO 13709, featuring a horizontal foot-mounted structure. Both the structural and installation dimensions adhere to ISO 2858 / DIN 24256 standards. It is mainly used in the petroleum and chemical industries for conveying organic or inorganic chemical media free of solid particles, with temperatures ranging from -40°C to 180℃.
High-T & High-P hot water pump
The high-temperature and high-pressure hot water circulating pump is manufactured with advanced imported technologies and is an internationally advanced single-stage single-suction volute centrifugal pump featuring excellent hydraulic performance and rational construction. Designed in compliance with EN22858 / ISO2858 / ISO5199 standards, it adopts a horizontally radially split, centerline-supported and back pull-out construction. It is mainly used for hot water circulation or delivery of organic heat transfer medium in pipelines or closed-loop systems of metallurgy, power plants, textile, chemical industry, heating and waste heat recovery fields.
High-efficiency condensate multistage centrifugal pump
The HPK-M pump is a multistage horizontal centrifugal pump with a radial ring-section design, adhering to the API 610 standard "Centrifugal Pumps for Petroleum, Petrochemical, and Natural Gas Industries." The casing features a radial diffuser structure, and the pump can be configured with either a centreline feet support or a foot support structure, depending on the operating temperature. In the HPK-M pump, the first-stage impeller and the secondary-stage impeller are designed with distinct concepts. The first-stage impeller prioritizes the pump s cavitation performance, while the secondary-stage impeller focuses on the pump s efficiency. This design allows the entire pump to achieve excellent cavitation performance and working efficiency simultaneously. HPK-M high-pressure multistage pumps are widely used in the electric power industry, petrochemical industry, metallurgy industry, rubber industry, and water supply and heating pipeline pressure booster systems, etc.
