The Ti5 Humanoid Robot Reference Solution T170V2.1 stands at a height of 175cm and is constructed using Ti5's self-developed next-generation lightweight joint module and dexterous bionic hand. It weighs only 58 kg, with a single-hand load capacity of 5kg. It boasts 42 degrees of freedom throughout the body, is equipped with a dual-camera system. The maximum torque of the leg joints can reach 490N.m. The design of this new generation of robot has abandoned the traditional mechanical structure with connecting rods, adopting an integrated support design for the shell, torso, and limbs, significantly enhancing the robot's durability and lightweight level under complex working conditions.

The Ti5 Humanoid Robot Reference Solution T140 stands at 140cm tall, constructed using Ti5's self-developed next-generation lightweight joint module. It weighs only 38 kg, boasts a single-hand load capacity of 2kg, and offers 42 degrees of freedom throughout its body. Equipped with a dual-camera system. The maximum torque of its leg joints can reach 217N.m. Integrating servo control, motor drive, force sensing, precision transmission, and efficient thermal management technology, it distinguishes itself from typical humanoid robots with its compact and lightweight design. Combined with voice interaction, it can leverage its strengths in educational training and family companionship scenarios.
A6 force-controlled arm
The A6 force control arm is constructed using Ti5's proprietary lightweight joint module, equipped with an upgraded torque sensing system and independently developed control algorithms, enabling precise perception of subtle force feedback. With strong structural rigidity, it balances operational sensitivity and service life. The entire machine adopts concealed wiring, with cables stored inside the joints, eliminating entanglement issues, resulting in a neat appearance and convenient maintenance. The uniform specification interface design facilitates smooth and efficient assembly and disassembly. The seven-degree-of-freedom structure follows the biomechanical design of the human arm, ensuring smooth movements that align with human operating habits.
