iSAGE Intelligent Dual-Arm Robot

For mixed and randomly placed bolt sorting in automotive component manufacturing, iSAGE provides a dual-arm robotic solution powered by a collaborative World Model + Large Model + Small Model architecture. The robot can perceive randomly scattered bolts, identify different types, positions, and orientations, and autonomously plan and execute sorting tasks. The Large Model handles task planning and decision-making, while Small Models support visual recognition and precise motion control, creating an intelligent closed loop from perception to action. Compared with conventional fixed automation, the solution adapts more effectively to random feeding, changing bolt types, and fluctuating production conditions. It reduces repetitive manual work while improving sorting efficiency, accuracy, and production flexibility. The solution can also be extended to sorting, handling, and material loading/unloading of nuts, washers, and other automotive components, enabling faster automation deployment and lower long-term operating costs.
