We are a leading national high-tech enterprise focused on R&D, manufacturing and global supply of high-performance polyurethane (CPU) elastomer materials. We have more than 70 employees, with R&D personnel accounting for nearly 30% of the total. Hecheng Technology combines expertise in material R&D, production craftsmanship and technical capabilities, delivering one-stop end-to-end support for customers from product development to commercial production. We have 16 major production reactors, more than 1000 prepolymer grades in our product range, including high-performance cast polyurethane prepolymers, quasi polyurethane elastomer materials, special functional materials, eco-friendly adhesives and additives. We deliver tailored material solutions to meet precise customer demands. Widely used in automotive, photovoltaics, machinery, mining, marine, and sports, they are exported to North America, South Korea, Southeast Asia and beyond, earning more recognition from clients.

This material is a low-viscosity, high-temperature curing polyether polyol blend. HC-8885DL-B is a modified isocyanate blend specifically designed for the pultrusion process. Pultruded products made from it perform excellently, featuring a smooth surface, resistance to mold blockage, and outstanding tensile strength.
