Skin Injector

This product is an active medical device developed for cosmetic injection: a subcutaneous electronic syringe control and propulsion unit (hereinafter referred to as skin injector). The device itself does not come into direct contact with the human body or pharmaceuticals. Equipped with a negative pressure function, it fixes the skin via negative pressure suction before delivering a fixed dose of medication to the target injection site, serving as an auxiliary injection device. Its injection propulsion principle is as follows: Operated manually by medical staff, the main control unit of the embedded control software outputs control signals. The motor drive circuit drives the motor to rotate, and the rotation is transmitted to the lead screw through the reduction mechanism, converting rotational motion into linear motion of the nut. Connected to the plunger rod of the matched syringe, the nut pushes the piston to complete injection and infusion. The propulsion speed of the syringe can be adjusted by setting the motor rotation speed, so as to regulate the medication injection rate. Parameters including configured dosage, injection speed, negative pressure level and retraction distance of the propulsion unit can be set via the touch screen input system. During the entire injection process, the sensor system conducts real-time monitoring on the operating status of the micro-injection propulsion system and vacuum negative pressure system. An alarm will be triggered once abnormal operating conditions are detected.
