High power 3D galvo flight welding system
Developed by Germany’s SCANLAB, the intelliWELD 3D scanning galvo head is engineered for welding applications across diverse industries. Its optical module is compatible with thin-disk or fiber laser sources with a maximum output power of 8 kW. The intelliWELD 3D galvo system can be directly mounted via a flange interface onto industrial robots, linear axis systems or compact processing stations. It efficiently and rapidly guides and positions the laser beam to perform welding on 3D curved surfaces following pre-programmed simple paths.
Multi-axis linkage laser solution
Multi-axis linkage laser processing solution realizes an almost unlimited working area by synchronously controlling the 2D scanning galvanometer and multiple mechanical axes (such as the two servo axes of the XY platform). This solution adopts RTC6 controller board developed by Germany’s SCANLAB as the core hardware, matched with self-developed control software. It integrates SCANLAB galvanometers and the motion linkage system from Israel’s ACS Motion Control, greatly boosting processing precision and production efficiency.
Precision laser cutting machine
This equipment is specially designed for laser cutting of products requiring superior cut surface quality, such as superhard tool composite blanks, ceramics and monocrystalline materials. A coaxial CCD monitor is available as an optional accessory. The machine consists of a precision three-axis motion stage and an industrial computer control system. It is equipped with our self-developed upgraded software system featuring powerful functions, which supports automatic programming from CAD drawings. The finished cutting surface is smooth, and workpiece clamping is simple and convenient.
