Manipulator with a specially designed tooling for roll handling

Mobile 300
The Mobile300 lift assist device is designed for portability allowing you to grip and move the products around the factory. BA100 Cable Balancing arm Manipulator
The Balancing Arm BA100 is a cable manipulator lifting device, which enables quick, effortless movement of lightweight products throughout your factory. Equipped with special gripping tools it allows the operator to work quickly, with precision and without effort, in excellent ergonomic and safety conditions. It has a "double articulated arm" that gives 360° continuous rotation around the unit’s main axis, 360° continuous rotation at the intermediate axis, and 360° non-continuous rotation around the tooling's vertical axis. The BA100 has a standard reach of 2250mm or 2400mm with a max weight capacity of 100kg and it has a vertical travel of 1400mm, with an option to 2100mm. The BA100 has two distinct pneumatic circuits. The first circuit balances the weight of the arm and tooling (“no load balancing”). The second circuit balances the arm, the tooling and the load to be lifted (“load balancing”).
