RF series for rigid foams

RF Series for Rigid Foams is a polyether polyol based on sucrose, sorbitol, toluenediamine, ethylenediamine, pentaerythritol, Mannich and other initiators. It is used in the production of rigid foam, suitable for the production of building boards, foams for spraying, electric water heaters, refrigerator freezers, thermal insulation pipes, imitation wood, automobiles, coal mine reinforcement and other uses.

Conventional polyether polyols for flexible slabstock foam are trifunctional polyether polyols obtained by ring-opening polymerization of PO or copolymerization with EO and mainly initiated from glycerin. It is used in furniture manufacturing, transportation equipment and related consumer goods, paint dyes, textile, clothing, leather and shoe materials.

Silane modified polyurethane

Silane-modified polyurethane is an isocyanate silane-terminated modified prepolymer that can be used as a binder in moisture-curable formulations. Unlike traditional silylated polyethers, it has high reactivity, which is a direct result of the attachment of trimethoxysilyl groups to the organic backbone. It is hydrolyzed in the presence of moisture and heavy metal catalysts, eventually forming a stable siloxane network.
